SHIPPING

Processing: 2–4 working days
Standard delivery: 5–8 working days after dispatch to major metros. Tier 2, remote and out-of-service locations may take longer.

Bulk & larger quantity orders: Larger orders are made to order. Each piece is precision-made from solid wood and finished to our specifications. Delivery timelines may vary depending on quantity and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Timelines may also be extended during festive seasons and holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable return and re-shipping charges.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, finish, design, or quantity selected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Once approved, the product may be returned within the 30-day window and will be replaced at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided.

Natural variations in the grain, colour, and tone of wood are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
