By accessing our website or placing an order with INDIC, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products & Product Information

We take reasonable care to present our products, dimensions, materials, finishes, colours, specifications, and photographs as accurately as possible.

However, please note that:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, and surroundings.
  • Products made from natural materials such as wood will naturally vary in grain, colour, tone, texture, and markings.
  • These natural variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
  • Minor variations between photographs and the product received may occur.
  • Product dimensions may be subject to minor manufacturing tolerances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all dimensions, centre-to-centre measurements, finishes, quantities, and installation requirements before placing an order.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, specifications, finishes, or availability without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges, where relevant, will be displayed during the purchasing or checkout process.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time without prior notice. Any change will not affect an order already accepted by us, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. INDIC does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, payment issues, or an obvious pricing or technical error.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • Product or stock unavailability
  • Payment failure or authorization issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Quantity limitations

If payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timelines communicated on our website.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, service disruptions, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate when placing your order. INDIC cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

7. Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

30-Day Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, in their original condition and packaging, and include all screws, fittings, and accessories supplied with them.

Exchanges for a different size, finish, or design are subject to product availability.

For customer-preference exchanges, the customer is responsible for the applicable return and re-shipping charges.

If the replacement product is priced higher, the price difference must be paid before dispatch. If the replacement product is priced lower, the difference will be provided as INDIC store credit for a future purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, finish, design, quantity, or other incorrect selection made by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect product, you must notify us at helloindicdesign@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, the product may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

INDIC will arrange a replacement at no additional cost for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product.

If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Installation & Use

Our products must be installed and used appropriately and in accordance with their intended purpose.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, installation services are not included with the purchase of our products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended cabinetry, furniture, surface, or application before installation.

INDIC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Incorrect or improper installation
  • Incorrect drilling or measurements
  • Use of unsuitable tools or fixing methods
  • Modification of the product
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow applicable installation or care instructions

We recommend professional installation where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content appearing on the INDIC website—including our branding, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, layouts, and other creative material—is owned by or licensed to INDIC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission from INDIC, except as permitted by applicable law.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Where permitted by applicable law and subject to any permissions required, you grant INDIC a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display content you submit in connection with our website, products, marketing, and communications.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and information accurate and available.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, INDIC's liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or order.

INDIC will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, transportation or courier disruptions, labour disputes, supply-chain interruptions, power failures, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as practicable.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted, disputes relating to these Terms, our website, products, or transactions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
